Policy

Session Time: Each session begins with a brief 5-minute consultation, followed by 5 minutes at the end to wrap up and discuss your experience.
Arriving Late: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to fit within the remaining time. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedule, we are unable to extend appointment times beyond what was originally allocated. Full payment for the scheduled appointment is required, regardless of the session’s duration.
